Beginner level---two photos
On an inexpensive paper maché oval, this was designed for beginners. The palette is simple to encourage a little brush mixing, and the background is sponged with several colors.

This design makes a very nice piece to carry or give. It has an interesting prep using techniques of wet into wet and sponge.
The roses are dry-brushed, and the pickets could certainly be white if you prefer!
